ACTING/VOICE –
Students learn techniques through scene work, monologues, mime and improvisation as well as breathing techniques, harmonies,
pitch, and vocalization. This class teaches everything you need to know for the stage! Musical Theatre students are required
to register for one dance class per week, it can be ballet, tap, jazz or hip hop.
BALLET/TAP
COMBO – The perfect class for the young
dancer age 3-5, our ballet and tap combo classes help students explore the magical world of dance as they are introduced to
ballet movements, rhythm skills with tap and song and dance, emphasizing large motor skills.
KIDS HIP HOP – The
perfect mix of jazz/hip hop, this class is perfect for students ages 4 and up. It is a great intor class into jazz and
hip hop. Jam packed with the latest top 40's music along with many of the great songs from the coolest kids
movies around. Hannah Montana to High School Musical, every kid LOVES this class!
BALLET
- Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. We offer technique classes at all levels. Our classes have a strong classical
foundation with a twist of more modern musical selections.
CONTEMPORARY - This class focuses on the raw emotion of one's inner thoughts and feelings, and then expresses these various
sentiments through movement. This style taps into the soul, allowing the student to eventually reach a level of pure,
believable performance. Although formal technique is not the main focus in this class, it is necessary for the strength
and poise needed in this art form.
CORE TRAINING
FOR DANCERS - This class will allow students to improve their lower back strength, flexibility, and abdominal
strength. The goal of this training is not about weight loss or aesthetics; it is about giving another tool for dancers to
use to improve their craft. We have explored the latest training that professional dancers have been incorporating into
their own dance training. Pilates remains a strong component in most professional dancer’s regime.
FLOOR BARRE - This
class helps you correct alignment, perfect your technique, develop maximum turnout and extension, rehabilitate and prevent
injuries, and accelerate years of training.
GIRLFRENZY –
Do you dance in front of your mirror? Do you love being a girl? Then this is the class for you! Upbeat,
popular dance music enables you to let loose in this class and just enjoy being a girl! This class does fuse hip hop
and jazz dance styles, leaving you feeling empowered!

HIP HOP – Hip-Hop is best described as high energy street
movement. Since there are no set rules on how your body should move, except to be original and energetic, hip-hop has
become very popular through the years with all ages. Because no two people dance the same way in hip- hop, it allows students
to be themselves and dance “out of the box”.
INTERVAL CARDIO SCULPT -
A mixed bag of training... some weights, some cardio, some drills. This class has an interval format and will be somewhat
different week to week but it will ALWAYS aim to allow students to work hard and have fun.

Intermediate, Advanced)
JAZZ
- We offer technique classes at all levels starting at age 7. Jazz has several styles and rhythms from blues
to pop. The various styles taught include Lyrical Jazz, Broadway Jazz, and Jazz Funk.
KICKBOXING - In this
is not your typical kickboxing class, be prepared for moving, shaking, punching, kicking and LAUGHING. Class can be done low
impact but it is generally fast paced.

PILATES/ YOGA – First half is basic Pilates/core movements to strengthen and lengthen muscles.
The second half is devoted to exploring some basic vinyasa and holding postures. (Level - Beginner, Intermediate,
Advanced)
TAP
- Tap is a musical and rhythmic study of sounds and movement together. Our classes offer both rhythm tap and Broadway Tap.
