SAVE THE DATE...TICKET DAY - JUNE 6, 2010 Tickets for our annual recital on June 28, 2010 at Rhode Island College will go on sale Sunday June 6, 2010 at The Talent Factory from 9am-11am. All seating is reserved. Tickets will be sold on a first come basis on ticket day. Doors will open at 9:00am.  Dancers that will be picked up after their act will need to purchase a ticket to sit with their families. Dancers staying backstage until the finale/bows will not need a ticket.  Each family will be able to purchase 6 tickets at ticket day to ensure that every family gets to see their child perform. If you need more tickets you have two options:  (1) If you know of someone who will not be using all 6 tickets you may use their remaining tickets as long as you have a signed note at ticket day with their name, number of tickets they are giving you and their signature.  (2) You can put additional tickets on hold with a credit card number at the time of purchase. At 11am, the next best available tickets will be given to the tickets placed on hold in the order they were held. There is no limit to the amount of tickets you may hold.  Tickets are $15.00. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard.  Please purchase early; they sell out fast! Tickets will be available at the door ONLY IF SEATS ARE AVAILABLE. Remember; buy your tickets at ticket day to avoid the possibility of NOT SEEING YOUR PERFORMER! *ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE CURRENT IN ORDER TO PURCHASE TICKETS - COSTUMES AND TUITION.

OBSERVATION WEEK - LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH As we prepare for our annual performance in June, it is very important that we have the attention of our entire class. The observation window will be closed as we prepare our students for their performance. We will have an Observation Week where we will open the curtain in both studios during the last week of each month. This is to ensure that all students focus on what they are learning without any distractions. If you have special guests coming to watch class, such as dads and grandparents, please schedule their visit during the last class of the month. Thank you for your cooperation!

ATTENDANCE Attendance is crucial this time of year. Teachers and students rely on each other for choreography, formations, blocking, etc. Students need to be present every week for class. If you are feeling under the weather you can always come and observe class. That way you will not miss anything important!

5-YR TROPHIES If you have been a student at the Talent Factory for the past 5 years, you will receive a 5-year trophy this year!!! Please sign-up for a 5-year trophy on the bulletin board in the reception area. Only those names on the list will receive a trophy.

SUMMER AT THE TALENT FACTORY Our summer schedule will be available next month. This is going to be the best summer schedule yet! With arts day camps offering acting/dancing/singing, dance intensives, kids hip hop, ballet/tap combos, girlfrenzy and fitness classes, we have it all for you this summer! Look for the summer schedule on the front desk next month!

TALENT FACTORY DANCE AND THEATRE COMPANY PERFORM AT PPAC! All members of the Talent Factory Dance and Theatre Company will be performing at PPAC March 12-14 at Starquest International Talent Competition. MISS RI PRINCESS MENTORING PROGRAM The Miss RI Scholarship Program is offering girls ages 5-12 the chance to team up with a Miss RI contestant and learn her secrets to success! Each Princess will be paired with a local representative and be mentored throughout the year. Also, enjoy the spotlight as you take the stage in a high energy production number during the Miss RI pageant in May. *You will receive your very own Crown! *You will participate in many events throughout the year. *Laugh, giggle and have fun during parties and pageant events! TUITION Tuition is due by the 5th of the month. We accept cash, check, Visa or Master Card. Tuition can be paid at the front desk or you can drop tuition checks in our convenient tuition box located in the reception room near the studio entrance. A $15 late-fee is applied to all accounts after the 5th of the month. You may also use our PayOnline feature on our web site by visiting http://talentfactoryri.com/payonline.html The Talent Factory also offers a convenient autopay system using a checking account, MasterCard or Visa. Never worry about your tuition being late! Tuition is debited from your account on the 1st of each month. You may also use this system for costume payments, recital tickets, and more. Please see the front desk for more details. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25 fee for all returned checks and declined autopay accounts.
