2021-2022 COVID-19 STUDIO GUIDELINES

We take the health and safety of our students and faculty very seriously. We have implemented new policies, procedures and protocols in an effort to keep everyone safe.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Guidelines revised: Sept. 6, 2021

​

Here are a few of the new guidelines we will have to practice at TF to keep everyone safe. Keep in mind, rules are changing daily, we will do our very best to keep you informed with all new developments as they arise. 

​

1. All who enter any TF location must use hand sanitizer

2. Our lobby is closed at this time

3. Only students will be able to enter the building 

4. Masks are optional - parents please keep your child home if they are feeling sick or if anyone at home has tested positive for COVID-19

5. Lobby, dressing rooms, and all common areas are closed. Parent drop-off only. No parents or family members are allowed in the building. Students will be dropped off. Front door will be locked at all times. If there are any students who need a parent present, let us know at the door at drop-off. This will be a case to case basis.

6. NK Drop off will happen at the main door with the awning, Pick-up at the double glass doors towards the front of the building

7. Warwick Drop off and Pick up will happen at the main entrance

8. Our HVAC systems were updated with Merv 13 filters as recommended by the CDC to control the spread of coronavirus indoors. We also have ERV fresh air exchange systems throughout our buildings. This system is also in line with CDC ventilation recommendations.

9. Hand sanitizer will be provided in all studios

10. Students will not be let in the building early. They must arrive for class, and picked up on time. 

11. Students are encouraged to use the bathroom before coming to the studio. Students will be required to wash hands after bathroom use. Signage will be provided.

12. Staff will properly disinfect equipment, doorknobs, spray floors, and wash hands between each class.

13. Any staff or student experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness must not report to their lesson. 

14. Equipment use will be minimized. When equipment is used it will be properly sanitized before and after use by staff. In most cases we will encourage all students to bring their own equipment. 

15. As per RI Mandatory Safety Standards, we will provide proper signage, establish proper protocols, and provide handwashing capabilities as well as proper sanitation supplies. We have established a plan for employees and trained them about all protocols.
