PARTICIPATION FORM

Our annual production is a major part of your year with The Talent Factory. It is a chance for participants to show their friends and family what the have been working so hard on. It is the highlight of our year, a performance you will never forget!

ALL FAMILIES MUST SUBMIT THIS FORM BY 11/15/23 IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR 2024 RECITALS. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING THE STATEMENTS BELOW PLEASE EMAIL INFO@TALENTFACTORYRI.COM.

I agree that I and/or my child

who is a registered student(s) at The Talent Factory will perform

in the annual performance June 15th, 2024. Shows will be held at The Talent Factory Theater at 144 Metro Center Blvd in Warwick. Show times TBA. Each class will have their own show! More details to come.

I understand all accounts must be paid in full no later than June 1st, 2024 in order to perform in our annual performance

I understand I am responsible for all alterations and adjustments to costumes. All costumes will be ordered to the closest size to your child's measurements. Students will be measured in December. Costumes will be ordered in January/February and delivered to you in Aprl/May.

I understand I am responsible for additional items which may be needed for the show such as proper color tights and shoes for each costume. Typically students will wear the dance shoes from their classes for the show such as ballet shoes for ballet dances and tap shoes for tap dances. Almost all hip hop classes will wear black and white hi-top converse-like sneakers. More details to come once the costume has been ordered.

I understand I will not receive my costume unless my account is at a zero balance (even if costume has been paid for)

I understand if my child misses Spring classes excessively, private lessons may be required to get caught up. In rare instances, if a child misses too much, they will not be allowed to perform in the show. We do not want any child having a negative performance experience.

I understand show day protocol will be available as the show date gets closer and will follow all drop off and pick up procedures.

Our shows will be held at our own theater, 144 Metro Center Blvd. Warwick
Our show date is scheduled for Saturday June 15th
Rehearsal week will be held at the theater June 1st - June 7th
A $40 costume deposit per class will be charged when recital form is submitted
- Twirl classes - 1 deposit
- 1.5 hour combo classes - 2 deposits
All costume balances will be charged to accounts on file on Feb 15th
Costumes will not be ordered without a deposit and signed form
Costume deposits are non-refundable, non transferable. No exceptions.
Once a costume deposit has been made, a costume will be ordered and a balance will be due.
Costume prices vary between $70 - $90 total depending on style and embellishments
